I love the concept! I am a very big believer in the small things meaning the most. Big lavish over the top presents mean something for five minutes, but it's the little things like your drawings that can put a smile on somebodys face everday. Not so long ago my mom kind of did the same thing as you. I had parked next to her at the gym and she finished before me. When I came out to leave she had already gone, but she had left me a drawing on a piece of paper hooked in front of my wipers. It just had a smiley face on it with the words "Have a good day," but it made me smile. When I got home I fixed it to my mirror and now everyday I see that piece of paper and smile. x
I love this picture as it reminds me of something similar my husband has been doing recently - photographing creepy crawleys. There are so many coming in from our garden for the winter at the moment - either that or to pose for his camera.
I love your blog, Jill. The drawings are very interesting, your days are perfect.
ReplyDeleteOf all the people I don't know personally, the days of yours are most dear to me :)
Lovely rs...
