  1. Do you have a photo of this one!? This idea looks very interesting for my education blog... Please, let me know!!! :)

  2. Hi Jill---are wish catchers like dream catchers? I also would be very interest to learn more about these as I have never heard of them before. Thanks!

  3. Gabyell, I don't think wish catchers exist. I just wanted to create something with the children that would get their imagination going. We looked at lots of dreamcatchers and lightcatchers before making our wish catchers.

  4. Hi again Jill,

I guess they exist now since you and the children invented & made them, like Ingrid above I too would like to see a photo of them if it is not too much trouble, as I really love the idea of these.

Once a man made me an oversized wooden acorn with a slot in it and he told me to write my wish on a bit of paper and bury it in the ground and as it decayed the wish would come true. Only I liked the acorn so much that I couldn't bear to bury it.

I think the wish catchers are a wonderful idea---I wonder what wishes I could capture if I made one?

    hhhmmmm, Gabrielle
