Thank you so much for all the great comments over the weekend. I really enjoyed reading each and every one, some of them made me laugh out loud, some of them made me smile and pause for thought. I certainly think we should do it every weekend. What do you think? It was fun!

Trotters, feet?
ReplyDeletei didn't realize that they were called trotters! i don't know if this is because i live in america, or because i don't eat meat. i'm glad to know it now!
ReplyDeletecan i ask what do you do with them? :)
Oh, I'm so excited! You are braver than I! Some freshly cooked pork rinds are about as adventurous as I get when it comes to the edible portions of a pig. How did you prepare them?
ReplyDeleteFunny pigs trotters... Of course we have to do the comments every weekend! X ;)

Don't be to impressed by my bravery yet. I didn't have the courage so we have frozen them to eat next weekend. We also bought oxe tail and we are going to stew them all togeather in a pot for 4 and a half hours. we'll see, hmmmmm....
ReplyDeletePlease will you keep us informed? I've never known what you would get off a trotter!

Pigs' trotters may just be the most delicious meat from that tasty, unfortunate animal.
ReplyDeleteEven better than bacon.
FYI here in Brazil it's one of the ingredients of the famous dish Feijoada. :)
