At the weekend I worked on a friend's wedding invitation. This is the map I've drawn. I'll show the whole invite once I've finished it and she's sent them out. You can see that I was looking at RIFLE Paper Co. for inspiration (my favourite stationary company) but I tried to not be
too inspired and to keep my own style.
I'd hoped to do 'At the weekend' drawings the last two weekends and didn't get a chance for either. Never mind. Hope your week has started on a good note.
That's simply beautiful. In my next life, I will paint too.

What a lovely way to paint a map! It reminds me of the movie Emma (Jane Austen) with Gwyneth Paltrow, the paintings in the intro :-)
