Would you like to receive a postcard?

****Update: the address list is now full. Thank you for your emails****
Please forgive my lack of postings this week. Slow and steady wins the race, right? I've been writing essays for university. Oh the joy. I went to draw a postcard earlier in the week and realised I've ran out of addressed postcards. If you haven't received a postcard from me before and would like one then please email me your address or if you have received one and would like to send me a friends address I'm happy to do that to!

My email is jillwignall at googlemail dot com

Please give the subject title Today I Saw and write your name and address in the email.

I'll take note of the first 30 addresses and will update on here once the list is full.

If you are waiting for a postcard from me it isn't lost in the mail ~ it's right here on my desk. Sorry about that. Once I scan them in I'll send them all out.

Jill x

Without Autumn

I'm happy to tell you that my zine is now in the shop! It's called Without Autumn and contains eleven pages of what I'd miss if I didn't have Autumn. It's printed onto fine drawing paper and stitched together by hand using vintage linen thread. The zine costs $7 in the shop and at the moment I have only printed 10 copies although I will consider printing more if I sell out.

A liitle extract - "Without Autumn...... there wouldn't be my special jumper....or pinecones, or rosehips, or acorns.....there wouldn't be a hot flask of soup at lunch......." and so the zine continues.

I hope you like it!

What will you see this weekend?

Gosh, this week flew by. Thursday's and Friday's postcards will have to be put on here on Monday. I'm away in Liverpool for the weekend. The good news is that I've been busy with the zine and I managed to find the time on Thursday evening to get the pages printed. I now just need to turn them into little books. I'm delighted at how they've turned out and I'm looking forward to showing you soon. Thank you for your patience with my Today I Saw's and for your supportive comments. It means a lot to me. Enjoy your weekends and don't forget to tell me what you see. I love to hear about what you all see around the world. Start your comment with Today I Saw.....x x

An Autumn zine

I'm pleased to share with you that I've been working on an Autumn zine. It's twelve pages of colour illustrations and here's a little sneak peek. I need to print the pages and construct them into zines. Once I've done that, more pictures will follow, and it will be available in my Etsy shop.
