Daylight, where are you?

Hello friends,

As you may know, I'm doing my teacher training (have I ever mentioned that before?) and it's super busy (what, I've mentioned that too!). I can't take photos of my drawings at the moment as I go to work when it's dark and leave when it's dark and I work during lunch break. Not to mention that I go to bed at 9.30pm now! So, I have to find a solution. This week I'm going to try not scanning the pictures and just taking photos at the weekend. We'll see how that goes. I'd be happy to hear any suggestions. Happy Thanksgiving to all American readers! See you at the weekend. Enjoy the rest of your week.

3 Pieces of News

I did hear that teacher training was going to be a busy time and it sure is! There's no point beating myself up about it, and there's no point trying to catch up on missed days (or weeks) so I'll just start drawing postcards again tomorrow and say thank you for being patient.

I do have a few of pieces of nice news which I'm excited to share;
Firstly, I've been working on a friends website visuals which I'm looking forward to showing you (more on that soon).

Secondly, for those of you who emailed to ask if the Without Autumn zine will be back in the shop, it is now back in the shop.

And finally, this weekend I've done a big shop update which I'm really excited to show you (as you may have guessed from my little poster above). I'm mostly excited because it's the first time I'm putting my hand painted shells (something I've been making for years) in the shop. I've also added autumnal jewellry and assesories. Please do take a look.

I'll see you on Tuesday with Monday's postcard (fingers and toes crossed).

I'm still here

Sorry I'm not around this week (or last week for that matter). My university commitments are pretty full on as I work up to a big deadline this Friday. Looking forward to catching up and being back at this space very soon. Thank you for your patience. Jill x
